FLEXIMAT is an Austrian company based in Styria with headquarters in St. Ruprecht a. d. Raab. We serve you with original wear and spare parts products for all types of Flip-Flow-Screening machines. The focus is on the flexible screen mats with wedge mounting and screw fastening for Flip-Flow-Screening machines. We cover the product range with almost all hole types and hole sizes. In addition, the production technology allows perforations to be manufactured with freely chosen web widths. All products are produced in Austria and our customers receive first-class, Austrian quality product with maximum service life. A supplement to our producer program is the top product “Marsh Mellow Springs” from the manufacturer “Firestone” from the USA.

Fleximat Ges.m.b.H has more than 35 years of experience in screening technology. In addition to the design experience of conventional vibrating screening machines, the development and design activities of two different Austrian Flip-Flow-Screeing machines, developed in the years 1984/85 and 2003/2004, are strengthen the know-how in the field of screening machine technology. Applied, decades-long practice is based on sizing of screen area, screen type selction and selection of the screen-mat-type with the characteristics of the material quality, the mat thickness and the hole picture illustration. Sales experience in the international market and commissioning of Flip-Flow-Screening machines on the world market strenghten our expertise.
